I initially complained I was charged twice for some neck cream. Then I found it didn’t suit my skin. I asked for a refund and without any trouble it was refunded back to me

I sent an email explaining that the Zyren cream hadn’t shown any results and had been using for a 2 Month period I understood that there was a 60 day money back guarantee ! I wrote asking about why it had t shown any results. I got a quick reply from customer service requesting I use for a further few days and if there was still not result to email again and they would refund me. I think that was a fair reply and a quick response to my issue

After using three tubs of Zyren Neck Firming Cream, I can honestly say I have seen absolutely no difference in the appearance or firmness of my neck. I purchased it because of the extensive advertising and glowing claims, and I was genuinely hopeful that it would deliver the results it promised. Unfortunately, despite using the product consistently, there has been no improvement at all. The before-and-after claims in the advertising certainly did not match my experience. What makes the situation even more disappointing is the so-called money-back guarantee. In my experience, it is not honoured, making it feel more like a marketing tactic than a genuine guarantee. I invested a significant amount of money into this product and received no results. I would not purchase it again and would not recommend it to others based on my experience.

I tried the Zyren neck cream a while ago and was very happy with the results so when it came up on a special, I purchased 3 tubs. When I first used the cream I could really see the difference it made, but the results seem to have stabilised now. I will never have the AI smooth neck you see in some ads, but I doubt any cream would have done a better job at improving the look of my neck
