Hi, Thank you for taking the time to provide honest feedback. I want you to know that I researched to get a little more insight into what happened here. After you apply, your school is required to certify your enrollment before your loan can be approved. ZuntaFi sent the required certification to your school on November 8th, however we didn’t receive the certification back until December 28th. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over when your school completes the certification. Once we received the certification, you were approved the same day! While we understand this can be frustrating, we pride ourselves in providing honest, transparent communication regarding this process to ensure you understand the time it takes to obtain your financing.
