ZuntaFi staff are courteous and understanding. Their decision to approve or disapprove a loan application is based on common sense. They know bad things happen to good people. As a result, even when you get turned down by the automated credit application processing system, they will review your credit history before making a final decision. They are the ultimate judge, not the machine.
