We’re so happy you found the perfect back-to-school gift, and even more special that you could personalize it for your niece. It sounds like such a meaningful choice, and we’re thrilled to hear her mom loved the bamboo fabric too. Wishing your niece an amazing start to kindergarten and we can’t wait to create more designs for you in the future! Thank you again for your support

We’re really sorry for the frustration and the long wait you’ve experienced. We completely understand why this situation is upsetting. We’ve just checked your order and can confirm that it is still in transit and on the way to you. Sometimes tracking may pause at “label created” while the package is being processed and transferred between facilities, which can unfortunately cause this kind of delay. That said, your experience is not what we want for our customers, especially for an item intended for a child. We’re actively following up with the carrier to push this delivery forward and will keep you updated with any movement as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your patience so far and are here to make sure this is resolved properly for you.
