One of the large grater plates ( my favorite….) slip slipped in the dishwasher and melted. I was able to order a new pair and quickly have my set back in order!!!

I purchased a milk frother from Zulay Kitchen and was immediately pleased with how well it worked. I used it daily, sometimes more than once. When it suddenly stopped working one day, I contacted the company through their customer service chat, although I thought it was just worn out from my daily use. They responded very quickly to my inquiry, gave me some troubleshooting suggestions, which I did without luck - and after that promptly told me that they would gladly replace the product, which has a lifetime guarantee. I was surprised how quickly their responses were to my messages and how professionally everything was handled. I will definitely be purchasing more items from this company as I am very happy with the quality of the items, and how they stand behind their products. Their customer service is exemplary!

I've been using the frother for over a year before it stop working. After reaching out to Zulay customer service they were able to send me a replacement free of charge except for shipping which was fair for the price of the item and warranty. Awesome customer support and warranty.

Life time warranty on my frother and when I got in touch saying it doesn’t work all the time they said because I bought it from another retailer they can’t honour the lifetime warranty, never said anything when I registered and I sent photo evidence where I bought it from

Offer you a lifetime guarantee you try and take up that offer of the guarantee as the whisky is not working and they don’t honour this! I’ve emailed proof of purchase 4 times and they keep emailing back ignoring the proof and asking me to change the battery not very helpful at all. I don’t want to purchase another as I feel I should have the lifetime guarantee!
