WHERE IS MY LEPRECHAUN BOX SET
I ORDERED AND PAYED FOR THIS BOXSET AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER 2014. IT HAS NO ARRIVED ALTHOUGH OTHER ITEMS ORDERED SOME DAYS AFTER ALL ARRIVED. I HAVE COMPLAINED AND ALL THEY SAY IS WAIT, WAIT, WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. I KEEP TELLING THEM SEND, SEND, SEND, OR REFUND MY CREDIT CARD. UNTIL THAT HAPENS I WAIT, WAIT, WAIT, AND WAIT!!!!!!!! PAUL IN STOKE ON TRENT

My 1st choice
I can no longer count the records bought from Zoverstocks. Only one time a record took to long to arrive. They've sent another and I ended up receiving both. CD's always in good condition. Nice prices. Keep on, guys.

Great service
I have bought many items from Zoverstocks and Estocks (their trading name on Ebay). I've only had a problem with one PC game and customer services have been great about it. They sent a replacement straight away and told me that they didn't need the original game back. Although the graphics problem on the second disc was the same, they gave me a Freepost address to send it back to and are providing a full refund. All the items I've bought have been in great condition, are very cheap and arrive quickly.

I always use them
I had to leave a review on here as I couldn't believe the low rating. I have been using these guys for ages and have made about 20 purchases from them, very prompt and I found excellent customer service. I had an issue with an order that turned out to be my fault, but they sorted very quickly. Now I always look for Zoverstocks when shopping, even if they are slightly more expensive (which is rare)

Good merchandise, low prices, no problems
Have been ordering from them for years from the US and always got good used CDs, complete, hardly even broken cases. Shipping was reasonably fast and the prices low for music others did not seem to appreciate anymore. Their loss - my gain.
