I have ordered DVDs a few times throughout the years from them. They always arrive promptly and in excellent condition. The only reason they get four stars instead of five is because I ordered The X Files season 6 from them, and they sent me season 7 in a season 6 box. Within about 8 hours of the package arriving at my house, they had replied to my complaint, offering a refund and allowing me to keep season 7. Their customer service was great and prompt, and I am very happy to get a box set for free, but they still lose the star because it was a serious oversight to put the wrong DVDs in the box and send it out without noticing.

Worst company for delivery times. Waited for 20 days and still no item.

used to use these people to buy cheap dvds/games and blu rays from on amazon and ebay and play but since they kept sending me the wrong items or broken discs or scratched discs or even covers with missing discs . and contacting them and getting next to no where with there customer services i would leave bad feedback to reflect the customer service and custom id recieved. plus the delivery is bad slow isnt the word. so now i check my ebay account and find out theyve blocked me from ordering from them lol well just does me a favour and not getting ripped off. best go elsewhere and buy from other sellers.

Bought a PS 2 game which was supposed to be in good condition. Looked like someone had taken a brillo pad to it and it would not load at all. So much for being in good working and tested order. This is the first and the last time I will be using this company.

I recently ordered a CD from them on Rakuten. They sell on Amazon and eBay too. The cd was £3.15. Two days later they cancelled the order as 'cannot ship', then 24 hours later re-advertised the same cd at £8.25 on the same website. I asked them why, only to be given some excuses of not having it in stock then magically having it there again. Sorry, but I'm not that gullible. Very sharp practice and dishonest. I will now always AVOID!

Whenever I want secondhand music I use Zoverstocks. Most of the disks work, at their prices you cant really complain

I read a few of the other reviews regarding this company and thought I might help with a little perspective. If you want old and cheap DVD and CD's, which is what I use them for, then they are fine! I always go to them first on Amazon for second hand stock because they have never let me down. One item went missing on transit and not replaceable so instant refund once they responded to my email (within 24 hours) and that was four years ago. Others mentioned an increase in p&p which I haven't noticed?! My guess is that this isn't to keep up head to head with the greed of other companies but a sign of the times?! Other than it's getting more expensive and competitive, staff have to be paid etc etc. unrelated, I note that I hadn't received anything from "Sh1tty Link " from Amazon long before their collapse! An example where companies are having to go elsewhere and pay more due to unscrupulous, deceitful and poorly run companies offering cheaper rates. There will then follow the knock on effect!
