If I could give 0 stars, I would! I purchased an expensive necklace ($500) that came with a defective clasp. A month later, the clasp broke and I was not able to close the necklace. I reached out to the company and was told I had to pay shipping plus a $45 repair fee. That is completely absurd after just spending $500 and not being able to wear it for more than a month.

Terrible quality! Buyer BEWARE! They will NOT help when you complain, they do not respond. This company will not last long with this terrible quality and customer service.

I bought a 14 k bracelet stack and needed a size they did not offer. I emailed them and they made a 7.25 inch length specially for me! That is true customer service! I love my bracelets! Perfect length!
