Very deceptive company. I should have read all of the reviews prior to my purchase. On the website they say “easy returns”. Not true. I purchased an item on their 20% off sale (everything was on sale throughout the website ) and when I received it, I was extremely disappointed. Didn’t look like good quality and the necklace kept turning. Looks like something that will break easily. Very fragile and delicate. I also read online, from several complaints, that they’re terrible with jewelry that breaks. You can mail it back to them and pay to have it fixed. They don’t stand behind their merchandise.I was hoping to be able to return this. My husband and I have been back-and-forth with the company and the best they can do is allow me an exchange. There is absolutely nothing else on their very limited website that I would like. I’m settling for a pair of earrings and now I have a $240 credit. They will not even credit my Visa. I have to take a store credit. There are enough reputable jewelry websites online, and I should’ve gone with one of their competitors. Do not buy any jewelry from this company.!

I bought a $250 gold plated bracelet with a K on it for my sister for Mother’s Day and it broke within two weeks and they will not do anything to make it right. Do not recommend jewelry is beautiful but breaks instantly.

Zoe Lev continues to delete my reviews that u leave on their website, so I decided to post it here. I've bought several pieces from this company, but this 14k gold large paperclip bracelet has been a huge disappointment. It has broken four different times, always at one of the gold loops, and the longest it ever lasted after a repair was about four months. I paid $124 to have Zoe Lev repair it once, and I've also paid three separate times to have a local jeweler solder it. Every single repair has failed. I only wear this bracelet for about eight hours a day when I'm able to wear it. I don't sleep in it, shower in it, exercise in it, or wear it during any rough activities. I'm a therapist, so I spend most of my workday sitting with clients, with only occasional typing. I haven't even been able to wear it for the past seven months because it's been broken in two places. After it broke again, a trusted local jeweler examined it under a microscope and showed me that the links are hollow and extremely thin. They explained that because of how it's made, repairs aren't likely to hold and it will continue to break. I just wanted to share my experience so other customers can consider the durability before spending this kind of money.
