Excellent customer service! They repaired my necklace quickly and charged a very reasonable fee. The team was friendly, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the process.

The necklace I bought was beautiful — I absolutely loved it and would definitely buy it again. My only feedback is that I paid for expedited processing, but it took the same amount of time as if I hadn’t paid the extra fee. I also sent a message through the chat and never received a response. Other than that, I’m very pleased.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with your company. I have been trying to return this item since before it was delivered to me I sent you an email explaining why it took you days to get back to me letting me know that it was already in production to be sent and you could not stop the order. Your company knowingly that I wanted to return, the item has not responded to any of my calls or emails. So now I am stuck with an item that I no longer need because of your delayed and non-response.

My chain broke less than 4 hours from owning it. Had to have my good jeweler fix it. Should have had him make it to begin with.

It's frustrating because in September I bought a lost product for my birthday a month in advance. It was supposed to arrive and I still haven't had it. I complained to the store and they never responded. I complained to the shipping people and they sent me back to the store... I'm a jerk!!! And that's despite having protection for the shipping because my gift was gold... and gold is expensive!!! Now I have a bill to pay and a lost product.

Requested to return an item on the same day it was delivered, and was denied the request. Was told that the item was "final sale" because it was purchased during a site-wide sale. This was not advertised as final sale on the product page or in the checkout process. I never write reviews, but want to make sure that others don't make the same mistake I did. No flexibility from Zoe Lev, and they have now stopped responding to my emails altogether. Very disappointed with the customer service and will never purchase from this brand again.
