I previously had such a good experience with them but I recently sent my necklace back after I broke it ( my fault) I sent them a 20.5 inch necklace and they sent me back a 24 inch necklace (included photos to show the difference, even included one from right before I sent the necklace to them) When I sent an email stating that the necklace length was noticeably different they stated that because of "stretching wear and tear" was why the necklace is now 24. My confusion came from not understanding how a necklace can stretch while not being worn but instead was in their care. Instead of them admitting that they made a mistake they let me know that I could send it back and pay the $30 plus shipping. I don't understand how you can send a necklace in at one length and receive it back at another but it's the customers fault. I have referred so many friends to them and it is disappointing to have to end being a customer like this.

Customer Service response was satisfactory. Good value. Will definitely check their sales & inventory again.

The gold bead 3 bracelet stack for over 200$ can’t even get wet! Anything that gets on them makes the hold completely come off. There are so many companies that make better products. Stay away from Zoe Lev

I ordered the Hamsa necklace and when I received it the product was scratched up and had tarnish on it. I emailed customer service asking to return it which they allowed me to do, however, they would not refund me for the stocking fee. When the product was returned, they said that their team just had to polish the necklace and all the scratches were gone therefore they did not feel that they could refund me on the stocking fee. It's poor customer service. Zoe Lev should be more explicit that their jewelry looks pre-worn/scratched so they don't deceive customers. It's absurd I had to lose money on a poor quality product.

We spent 440$ for a bracelet and it’s the cheapest looking bracelet I ever got. Flimsy, super thin and looks like it’s gonna break apart every second. Just spend your money for something different or go to Claire’s and buy a 20$ bracelet, you will get the same quality.

Ear post broken on expensive post. Refused to replace even though broken in less than one month. NO response to multiple emails, phone calls and very rude when replied after 90 day perios. Horrific servce. Does not stand behind product

This is the worst e-commerce transaction I have ever had. After receiving the product, I inspected it, which did not meet my expectations. I requested to return it, and they said all sales are final. This is not what their return policy stated on their site. I want the world to know about this company's shady business practices. I would recommend that nobody purchase from this company. They are thieves.
