ZMLReviews of zml.com

I have been quite confused over the bad ratings as I have been using ZML.com since 2008 and have never had any major problems with them. I do not know anything about their 99c trial offer or automatically billing credit cards for $39.90 per month etc. However, I have just noticed that there is another site called ZMLMovieDownload.com, which does mention the above. Could this be the cause of the confusion??

I have never had any problems with billing, I have only ever been charged for the amount I have added to my account. As for downloads I have never had any problems at all, I recently accidentlly hit the wrong download and was given a refund within the hour. All my movies have been good quality, are we all talking about the same company? The true ZML site does not offer a free trial, they have an account you can decide what amount you wish to add to it. They also do not charge per month for downloads. Sounds like there is a fake site out there.

I trust the negative reviews here as opposed to the false positives. My office has them blocked becasue of a high risk threat

I registered and i couldn't download any movies and they took out money from my credit card and took some money the following month after i had already told them i don't want it anymore

I have used ZML for over a year. I put $19 on the account they give me $29. The only problem I have is the band width use to be much better and now it takes much longer to download movies. I had one movie that would not down load and after it expired I sent and email and they credited it back. The charge on my card showed up as "Wcspay.COM/PCACCESSOR" recently it changed to "service.dvdlooker - BitVideo2" I'm leery of them, but so far they haven't done anything to harm me.

These people are sheer evil. I have just been charged 39.90 euros for something that I thought was going to be 0.99 cents for ten downloads. I called my bank as it looked as if it had been declined according to zml's site...nope, the robbing bastards took the money. I have contacted them but now I fear they will not get in touch. Plus I cancelled the account and it is now inactive and if I try to activate it, they want details again. I feel sick.

Ok I don't know why so many people are having bad experiences with that site. I have downloaded 100s of movies...and i mean 100s...I think I've downloaded almost their entire movie library...and no problem...and I havent experienced any shady behaviour on their part....

I am really surprised at all the complaints. I signed up for this service about a year and a half ago. All I do is load up my account with $30, they match it with $10. I have $40 to download movies. I have never had a problem, and never felt I was being scammed. My balance never changes or my cards ever charged unless I initiate it. I'd give it a shot. As long as they have your money, at least use it up. Cheers
