I have been using for 1 1/2 yrs now and have been extremely satisfied with the quality and content. I see a very common thread among the Negative users. They keep referring to trial offers and recurring credit card charges. Every time I have "loaded" money on my ZML.com account, the ability for them to do this does not exist. I truly feel these people are NOT using ZML.com but some other company. Their complaints just don't match the procedure with ZML.com

It appears to be an opperation that doesn't respect intellectual copyrights. I was unaware of this when I signed up. I am taking all appropriate action to extracate myself and my funds from them.

customer service does not exist they steal your money.give you the run around when you ask for your money back because you could not download anything at all.I turned them in to th BBB.

Downloaded more then 100 films. Never any issues with payments or downloads. 1-2 times site was blocked but returned fast to normal. I don't recommend the LQ films... quality dosen't convince. No new films added since mid Apr? is there anything going on?

I have downloaded 50 video's whit no problem, and the Credit Card fee 39.90 euro, is OK for a month and 50 video

Have used them for some time and despite concerns about legality and their origin, have had no problems whatsoever. In fact their support has been excellent with quick response. I too suspect there is another site trying to hijack this one... However, they have uploaded no new movies in over 2 weeks now, a bit odd. They responded to a query about this, saying there would be new movies soon and even asked if I had any preferences ! We'll see...

Hiya folks. I've just had the 'ZML' experience and it was quite the rollercoaster ride! I followed the link from another music download site which I've been using for ages (to get tracks for DJing as do lots of my other DJing friends) and am delighted with so, naively I guess, thought they were some kind of a 'sister site' and wouldn't have a 'banner' ad for somewhere untrustworthy. Well how wrong I was! As soon as I'd entered my CC details I felt something fishy was going on. I'm not sure if I can mention the others sites name but actually I wouldn't want to unfairly tar them with the same brush :) I read the so-called terms of service (vague and confusing) and then cancelled my subscription immediately but the page that popped up after that was very unsatisfactory. There was a quite polite email sent from ZML saying I'd been charged 0.99 cent shortly after I joined but nothing to say or confirm I'd unsubscribed and give me that peace of mind which is entirely irregular. Of course after I saw this review site and many others I was horrified. Thank God I didn't click the Upgrade Now part! So, like other reviewers here I've had to go and ring and cancel my credit card which I've had for many years problem-free, for fear this 'company' will try to fleece me of money. I did it very quickly so I might have escaped and checking my account nline nothing had gone through (will check again later) All EXTREMELY annoying but a valuable lesson in the dangers of buying online, which clearly haven't gone away. I may have to wait 3 weeks for a new cc now and my birthday is in the meantime so no booking of a holiday abroad for me - not happy!!! Anyway, c'est la vie. The only good thing out of it was that I found trustpilot and will be using this as gospel from now on :) Peace,,,
