Worst of the worst. Take your money. So long, sucker.

I just downloaded it yesterday and so far yea the upgrade thing is hella shady took the rest of what i had for a few days out of that account but 50 bucks for good quality unlimited downloads for a month thats not bad and the ipod movies download in like 20 min i dont work for zml or nothin i havent tried contacting them yet cuz i havent had a problem but yea it is screwed up how they dupe u into upgrading but all my movies work perfectly and ive downloaded like 20 somethin of them so far so good i will cancel after i am done getting all my movies i want off of it but when a bunch more good movies come out instead of paying 20 a piece for um ill pay 50 one time to buy them all and again i might change my mind after a couple days who knows but after a day so far so good

This website is a scam - beware. It charged my account when I declined the purchase.

I had a $39.90 charge on my credit card and I've never even heard of this service and it's not something I would have signed up for. I'm contacting my credit card company to see if can block them from doing it again.

i have used zml for well over a year and can honestly say i have never had a problem, i downloaded a film in the begining and it didnt work so i emailed them and they instantly refunded me, it turned out it was me who had extracted the movie incorrectly. . . i have have also recommended zml to several freinds who all now use it on a regular basis.

Company's product, processes & procedures stink: they advertised a $.99 video download...After several tries I was able to get 60 Mb of a 700 Mb download! On the same day I notified the Company regarding the problem and told them to cancel the transaction/membership, etc.! I received an e-mail a day later telling me about a "1 month extension" and a $39.50 charge on my "statement"...They must be out of their **#$! minds!! I'll be contacting: FCC, BBB, State's Atty's office & possibly any other agency that comes to mind!!!!

I sign up for a one day trial, click the upgrade buttom, just to see how much it would cost. They immediately charge it to my account. I email customer support and told them I didn't have the money in my account. He email me back and told me to try it, and asked me am I sure I want to cancel. I told him yes, I want to cancel. I never got a response, so I decided to keep it. Then he immediately response back. I had already put my account to inactive, but was still able to download movies. I download about 8 movies, and now it says, I have exceeding my limits downloads. This can not be true. I emailed him and he said I sign up for a one day trial and that's not true because I paid $53. He's not returning my email. What a scam.
