I orignally signed up on the site for the one day 1.99 trial.. i noticed in the top corner there was a "upgrade" link... (STUPID ME !!!) i clicked on it thinking there would be information about the service.. and what the upgrade included... NOPE.. It instantly upgraded me, charging the full amount. The worst part is i just looked up the currency exchange... and 39.90 eur ends up being 54 canadian dollars... I DEFINATELY would NOT have signed up to this site knowing that. Thats too expensive !! I think im just gonna keep it for a month and see how it goes. Other than the billing problems.. i do enjoy this site. Ive been able to find old movies that i havent been able to find using other free sites (like... The Labrynith & The Burbs, Dirty Dancing)

I found this site and wanted to download a few movies so I signed up for a free one-day trial. When that was set I wanted to read about what was offered under the premium option but when I was clicking the link which I thought would lead me to a more in-depth description about their package I was suddenly charged 39.90 EUROs. For this I received an email thanking me for the upgrading and a statement that this was a ONE-TIME fee. However, on February 22, I was rebilled with another 39.90 Euros with a confirmation email saying that this was a ONE-TIME "assisting fee." Then March 25, I was rebilled again 39.90 EUROs and now I was "fed up." So, I wanted to quit. I read what I could find out from their terms of service and noticed that if I emailed them within 48 hours (which I did) I would at least get the last monthly billing refunded. I didn't. I decided to cancel my rebilling from the next billing period in April thinking that I could utilize the March billing period until it expired (because that's what one normally can do). But they have INACTIVATED me completely and now I have been charged 3 TIMES of 39.90 Euros. THIS IS A RIP-OFF and neither is there a regular phone number one can contact them at either (as there is with normal company's). NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, listen to those who approve of this site (they must be bribed by ZML or something). STAY AWAY from this deceptive, fraudulent, scamming, web-site which has NO integrity. BLACK-LIST THEM or do anything to have them removed from the Internet. JanAr.

Charged without any authorisation and 1 day trial auto upgraded to 39.9 Euros. Don't use this site. You will end up feeling stupid.

my complaint is the same as every one 99cents for 10 movies but then charged $55 on my card with no movies to show for it.

I've been using ZML for over a year and have had very few problems...and when I did and sent an email to complain, while they didn't get back to me immediately, it was always within a couple of days at most and their answers worked. I am very surprised to see so many unhappy customers.

Lowest rating possible it is a scam, they have 0 customer support and don't care. They contacted me using a friend on Facebook as a referral and went into the site and thought I would use the TRIAL well the TRIAL still hasn't activated and they made a charge to my credit card immediately. Plus I have contacted the so-called referal and they said they did not refer nor have they even heard of the company touting and disguising that my friend had wanted me to look at the site and download movies!

This website is a complete scam. They offer a 1 day trial for $0.99 but then charge automatically charge you 39.90, which regardless of what the "read the small print" people say, is fraudulent activity. They are not allowed to do this, so provided you don't use any of the services on their website and contact your card company you will be able to dispute the transaction. They also do not have any security verification in place even though they advertise their logo, so it's a double scam on this one. Do not let these guys get away with it. Report them and warm other people.

Very mis-leading to pull you in. As soon as you enter your credit card, they charge you and there is no way to get your money back since they literally hung-up all communications with you. Just a note to ZML.COM (remember guys, what goes around comes around, karma, and you know what you are doing )
