I would not recommend purchasing any Zline appliance, especially their ovens/stoves. Worst experience and worst customer service. Short version: Zline oven/stove needed to be returned and refunded and we were told in November 2023 do not use. So we had it removed from our home to be safe. Well it's March 22, 2024, they've picked up the oven/stove but we still have not received our refund. For some reason Zline accounting department can not ship a refund check overnight.

Zline is the worst company to deal with. I just started a complaint with the attorney general. I ordered four Zline appliances off Amazon (don’t ever buy appliances on Amazon) and then my kitchen project was delayed for four months due to wrong cabinets being ordered. Because of that I was out of my 90 return window with Amazon and left to have Zline handle it since it’s in the one year warranty window. You will never get your call answered. You will never be called back from the cue and your voicemail will never be returned. It’s been four months and I don’t have a call back from them. I have gotten emails but they simply ask for the same info several times, takes weeks for them to answer even emails, and now they just flat out lied to me. They told me in December after I filled out what was needed for them to trouble shoot that they were waiting on the part they thought I needed. Still no parts and it’s the end of Feb. They did however just send a repair man four months after initial contact and when he arrived he said he had no parts that were sent to him or us and therefore it cannot be fixed. Now Zline tells me I haven’t provided the info needed to know what parts are needed. Interesting since I have been waiting for months for these “parts” and they sent a repair man out wasting our time during working hours for no reason. They have no clue what they are doing or they are purposefully messing with us. All four appliances I ordered have been defective. The built in microwave, the hood, the dishwasher, and the double ovens. The top oven won’t work at all. It says I have the meat probe in which I don’t and it shuts itself off. The clock goes too fast and won’t hold time. The bottom oven when opened, steam burns your eyes it’s so bad and leaves the top oven door steamed up for awhile after. The bottom oven randomly goes to 500 degrees ruining your food if you don’t catch it. The dishwasher rack was designed to make people mad with how the racks are angled and set. It’s a joke to try to put dishes in. The top rack won’t accomodate our cups. The hood makes terrible loud noises on any setting over 1 and the microwave panel was messed up and had to be replaced. It also steams up badly during use. It kind of scares me as I have never had a microwave do that before. Worst appliances I have ever had and the absolute worst company to work with. Don’t buy this brand. Awful!

My husband and I moved into our new home in December 2022. We used ZLine products at the suggestion of our builders and boy have we regretted it! We have already had to have our range serviced due to non-functioning burners, the ovens leak liquids between the glass, the cooking timer won't work and the clock does not keep the current time no matter how many times I reset it. Oh! And where does it make sense for the oven to count UP how long it's been heating??? Maybe that's why the actual cooking timer won't work... Most recently, and most egregiously, I was heating water for tea in a ceramic mug in the microwave (which is drawer style). I started hearing a noise and looked inside to discover literal sparks shooting out from the back right corner. I stopped it immediately, of course. I restarted it again a few minutes later to see if it was a fluke and, nope, the sparks continued. It has been days since reporting the issue with no response other than the automated "we received your complaint" email. THIS after issues with the drawer speeding up and opening aggressively and then slowing down to barely opening without having to pull the handle. We've had better products that we bought from the "regular" brands. Luxury? Upscale? Not. At. All.

We purchased a Zline Stove last year. It was delivered with a bad gasket. We sent pictures and video and they sent us the wrong part, then sent a new door, the third attempt sent a repair man who fixed it. Then the nonsense with the Carbon Monoxide recall. First they sent a repair part then they asked us not to use our oven as the repair was not an adequate repair. We were offered a Carbon Monoxide detector, a refund or a new oven we chose the new oven. After weeks of waiting on a new oven it is delivered and it does not work. It takes two days to get someone on the phone and they want me to send multiple videos of an oven that simply does not turn on. I am not wasting my time. I would simply like this oven removed from my home as I have lost all faith in the product.

I remodel my kitchen in June 2023. I bought a double oven, vent wall mount, dishwasher 6 burner stove top, and refrigerator. One of the drawers in the refrigerator is broken. I have called every day and sent numerous emails to their customer support. I just need someone to call to give me some information on how to order a replacement drawer. For the past 2 weeks, no one has returned my call. This is such poor customer service. This is supposed to be a luxury appliance can I get some luxury customer service. I would never ever ever buy another Zline product.

Just wanted to say Buyer Beware. I loved my zline from the start, cooked beautifully! Then the oven started heating up slower. 30 min to preheat turned into an hour and eventually stopped altogether. My oven is not even 3 years old and the “best” zline could do for me was to send me parts that they believe needed fixed based off a phone conversation and photos. Not only that but I had to try to find a mechanic to install the new parts and could not find anyone, even off the list they provided me, to work on it. I am so broken hearted that the company won’t send anyone to fix my oven or send me a new one or just refund me since they claim this problem has not occurred before. Hoping to provide clarity for anyone thinking about purchasing a zline appliance.

Have not been able to use our RG36 oven since we installed it in March 2022. They had a recall in July 2023 and have tried to fix it twice. If you use it carbon dioxide from the propane pours into the kitchen. Still waiting to hear back from them with a new part to fix it and a Sears tech to install it. Last time they sent Sears but no part. Beyond irritating.

Our Zline is under a recall, do not use may cause injury. We have a claim in. Thanksgiving no oven, Christmas no oven, New Years no oven. Was suppose to get a call back last week...nothing. Waiting on phone to only be hung up on after it I reached the number one spot on hold...this is ridiculous.
