I am a proud Zline Range owner. I needed a small burner cap for the range. It was just before Christmas. Zline support staff treated me like their only customer and went overboard to make sure I received the part I needed on time. Many other companies could certainly learn from the Zline customer support staff. The kind lady who helped me surely went above and beyond to get the order out and even checked on me after to make sure I got the part. A job well done and an example of excellence

The fact that Zline went forward and gave me the parts I needed to fix my range at no charge was absolutely amazing. They did not have to do that. They listened to my issue and were genuinely concerned in helping me get it resolved. This action on their part displayed tremendous customer service. Thank you Zline Team.

I do home Renovations and look for quality appliances. I choose to try ZLine for my own home and have now owned and used them for 1 year. My appliances are beauty and work great. I’ve only had one minor issue and Taylor from the support team responded and resolved my issue hassle free. Now since I now and trust these appliances I will consider using them with my renovations. I was really impressed by their responsiveness, I highly recommend this company. I had no incentive in writing this review other than being a happy customer.

We recently built a new home and installed all ZLINE appliances in our kitchen. We noticed issues right away with our refrigerator not cooling properly, so we submitted a warranty claim with ZLINE. While it initially took a bit to find a service technician, they were overall very responsive and communicative throughout the process. When the repairs didn't fix the problem I asked for a replacement, and much to my surprise they were quick to agree to send us a new refrigerator and pick up our old one. They made the process as painless as possible. Unfortunately the second fridge had the same issues as the first. They have now agreed to buy the fridge back from us, and while it's incredibly inconvenient and frustrating to have to be dealing with this all when we only moved into our new home 7 months ago, I just want to say how much I appreciate ZLINE for the excellent customer service and for making things right. I only wish we could have fixed the fridge because I love the design and style.

I ordered some replacements parts for my 48" range top, I received the incorrect parts but the people at Z-line helped figure out why the wrong parts were ordered and they sent the correct parts out quickly and with our any problem. I am happy with how the burners light now!
