Alisha M was more than wonderful to work with. She listened to the issues I am having with the range and oven and moved things along in such a manor that the warranty provider has left me a message that they will be in touch shortly to set up an appointment time. She was more than professional and it seems to me that she is a valuable team member for Zline.

Rebecca was awesome in the way she addressed each issue I needed in installing my Z-Line kitchen. I installed the wall microwave/wall oven, a 60 inch duel fuel Range with a matching hood and a 60 inch built in refrigerator so I had quite a few questions. In addition to some installation questions I had a damaged refrigerator panel that she quickly shipped to me.

Stephanie pretty much fixed another employee’s screw up! She calmed me down and professional explained that I was given the wrong parts. And shipped the correct items . As annoyed as I was, Stephanie did a fantastic job in fixing my issue ! Thank you Stephanie !

The lights on my range hood started working intermittently and eventually stopped working altogether. I thought the problem was with the push buttons and ordered a replacement, but that did not correct the issue. As I started delving into the issue further, I noticed that there were heat marks on the cabling and circuit board. I reached out to customer service and they helped me switch my system out from halogen to LED and replace the transformer and circuit board by providing not only the components but videos and diagrams on the wiring. The customer service agents were responsive, supportive, and courteous. I can't ask for more than that.

This review is solely because of Jerica. I do not have a last name for her but she deserves a raise. I have had a terrible experience with getting my dishwasher fixed, let alone even looked at. Jerica got in contact with me and it was evident that she was working as hard as she could to get this issue fixed for me. She went above and beyond to keep track of the case, call me with updates, and let me know that I could contact her with anything even on weekends. I personally have not come across anyone as helpful as her. If she hasn’t already been recognized for her outstanding service, please take the time to do so because she deserves it.
