Alisha M was an awesome customer service representative and she went above and beyond her daily job. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart, she saved my day. From her customer service I will only buy Zline products from this part forward. She needs a raise, I thank God for her, she was a lifesaver and truly a professional on every level. I have never had someone to give me that awesome customer support.

Z-Line has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They were easy to contact and very responsive via email. They even shipped us a new part FREE of charge. We will never use any other company for our kitchen appliances! Thank you to Z-line!

I've rarely needed to contact customer support, and when I have, it's been for minor issues like replacement parts. But this time, I faced a more significant problem with my drawer-style microwave. I was hesitant to reach out, wondering if they'd even assist me. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did they help me, but they also courteously replaced the microwave. I'm incredibly grateful for their exceptional customer service. They addressed the issue promptly, without transferring me to various departments or dismissing my concerns. They took ownership of the problem and provided helpful maintenance tips. Thanks to their outstanding support, I'm now a loyal customer for life! Thank you, ZLine, for your dedication to customer satisfaction!

Rebecca was so helpful and kind. She absolutely stuck with me until the problem was settled. Most wopuld have told me to speak to someone else and put me on hpold. But Rebecca took charge and undertook to solve the proiblem herself. 5 Stars all around!

Nikki listened to my concern and went the extra mile to ensure my concern was resolved. I appreciate her professionalism and support. All of the Zline team is excellent; however, Nikki is a standout. I appreciate her. Mrs. Karen S Williams

Alisha was wonderful! She went out of her way to assist me with my concern about a flame adjustment tool. Even though I was slightly beyond my warranty period, she still processed providing the tool that I so greatly needed! HOW WONDERFUL AND LOVELY to speak with a customer service representative that is not in a foreign country and cannot speak English! Keep jobs in America. Thank you for that!
