Zline customer service is excellent! We purchased a cooktop hood via Home Depot which did not arrive as scheduled. After multiple, unsuccessful calls to Home Depot I called Zline directly and they resolved things within a few minutes. We later decided to change the height of the hood because of the location of the controls (under and in the back) which required replacing the chimney. Zline sent us a chimney, complementary.
