Excellent customer service+++
I bought a range hood when I moved into my house seven years ago. Recently some of the lights went out, and replacing the bulbs didn't do anything. I reached out to customer service, and despite the unit being way out of warranty, they sent me the parts needed to get the lights working again, free of charge. Their customer service is way above and beyond - excellent. Definitely recommend.

great customer service
I recently reached out to z-line customer service and spoke with Ravyn. I had a question about cleaning my range top and I needed a part that was no longer being manufactured. Ravyn told me she'd look into it and call me back. I didn't expect to hear from her again, but she truly did investigate both issues and get back to me. She was polite, kind and informative. I can't thank her and z-line enough for the resolution of my issues. Thank you. Great customer service!

ZLine Provides Excellent Customer Support
We had an issue with the bottom drip pan in our large oven of the ZLine 48" gas range along with a question regarding the racks within the ovens. They promptly addressed and resolved both issues even though we were slightly outside the 1 year warranty. Lexie, the ZLine customer service rep, was fantastic.

I had a damaged hood for my range
I had a damaged hood for my range, which was a stressful discovery on a tight kitchen remodel timeline. I was also worried I would have to jump through hoops and questions to beg for the customer service I expected with a damaged item, not of my fault. I called Home Depot, they gave me the PO for their order with ZLINE, and then I called ZLINE, expecting more referrals or to be sent back to Home Depot. Nope. C.K. at ZLINE handled my call immediately, asked for some photos and basic information regarding the serial number, and promised I would be all good for a replacement. Only 4 total days elapsed from my phone call to a new replacement hood sitting on my doorstep. I cannot express how fantastic this company was to work with and how quickly they processed my needs to keep on my timeline. Will absolutely order from them again.

Amazing Customer Service
I had a question about compatibility using their drinking faucet with another brand of under water filtration and they got back to me in one day and had researched the other product and even sent instructions! I don't usually do reviews but this was excellent customer service and I appreciate this because it's often hard to come by.
