While no one wants to experience a problem with one of their appliances, Zline customer service was very responsive in resolving my problem. Stephanie contacted me within minutes of being contacted by the service technician to address the issue. I was please with their prompt attention to resolve the problem.

Zline replaced my original stove yesterday and I am happy to say that this ends a disappointing period and I am glad they stood behind their product and made the situation right.
