I recently had the pleasure of working with Dylan in your customer service dept. I was pleased that my call was answered within 10 minutes of being placed. Dylan was quick to diagnose the issue and sent me a follow up email immediately. I responded with the necessary information and he quickly sent a follow up email informing me of the status of my service claim. All went great!

First off I love the product line. We have a RGS-30 which has issues. I called the help number regarding a solution and to find out options. Rebecca Johnson handled my questions promptly and with highest degree of professionalism. I missed notification of a recall on our unit and was pleased to be able to exchange with no problems. I had an issue with my stove, which is a bummer because it's only 2 years old. But once I got in contact with customer service, they assessed the issue and even agreed to send me a part free of charge even though it was not still under warranty.
