I had a minor issue with a small part
I had a minor issue with a small part. The folks I spoke to listened, collected appropriate info, and acted. The experience was top shelf. Professional customer service is a welcome breath if fresh air!

After speaking with several people in…
After speaking with several people in your service department I was finally able to reach a couple of people that seemed to genuinely care about service. These two people are Kelly in Reno and Lindsey in Tennessee. Employees like these make your company look like it actually DOES take customer service seriously. These two should be at the top of their pay grade.

Zline customer service is excellent
Zline customer service is excellent. Every time I've reached out to them they have helped me out. You don't get customer service like this much anymore.

Great Customer Service!
Every time I have called in they have been super helpful! They are US based so they are empathetic toward your situation which is very important when addressing customers concerns.

Quick and courteous customer service
We had a deterioration issue with the door to our ZLINE oven that we purchased 4 years ago. I was treated so graciously by the two people that I spoke with in customer service and they decided to replace the door even though it was out of warranty. This is my first experience with ZLINE and I am impressed.
