Zline has excellent customer service
Zline has excellent customer service. We bought a range and rangehood 6 years ago and any questions or issues have been answered and dealt with quickly and often times with no charge, even when it was not covered by warranty or the warranty was expired.

Whenever I could get through by phone…
Whenever I could get through by phone the person I spoke with was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about my order. I used the email contact and someone got back to me the next day

Exceptional Service
The associate assigned to my case was very professional and knowledgeable. She provided extremely timely responses and has my case resolved in less than 2 days! Customer Service Gold
Our Sales Rep has been phenomenal working with us on desired outcomes for a whole kitchen in new construction. We have required a lot of flexibility, patience, and information for decision making and Sophie has been with us every step of the way. Can't wait to complete our remaining Z-line purchases and get the appliances into use!

Customer Service alone makes ZLINE worth the price…
I’ve had to contact customer service several times as I have multiple ZLINE products (gas stove, sink, faucet). Never had an issue that customer service was not able to resolve quickly and professionally. I would buy ZLINE products again and would highly recommend.
