I really like all the help and support but when I received a phone call from jessie, I could barley understand him and it was hard to communicate. also every time I called it goes straight to voicemail.

We take care of our customers & our reputation is very important to us. We are only open from 12-8PM CST and maybe for some reasons when you called us you got a bad reception. It never happened to us on the phone but rest assured we will do investigations as well on our system. Thanks.

I would have rated it higher but my scanner was shipped without it being programmed and when i placed the order i had listed the areas i wanted so im disappointed

Sorry to hear this but looking at your order you did not pay for programming. We noticed that you added programming notes when you bought your scanner from us but did not pay for the programming. We caught this and called you the same day to clarify and you told us you understood and you would find someone local. While we always like to get feedback and improve I'm not sure what we could have done better. Negative reviews like this hurt our small company and I'm hoping you can update or delete this. Thanks.

I ordered the whistler trx1. Fast shipment. Great customer service. The only thing is my scanner cannot pick up very many of the programmer frequencies. I actually get more using an app on my phone. Bought the car antenna to use while working, but the vehicle i use isn't compatible with antenna as there is no metal for the antenna to stick to. I ordered the home antenna as to hoping it will help with reception. If not, I have an expensive paperweight. I have not reached out to technical support yet, so maybe they can help with my issues.

Had to get an SD card because the zip code self scan isn’t working. Received the wrong frequencies on the SD card and after spending an additional $70.00, still unable to use scanner.

Hi Lisa, Sorry to hear this. Spoke with my team and unfortunately some of the things in your area encrypted but the database we use did not mention this so we could not have known prior to shipment. I have emailed you regarding returning your items. Scanners are complicated and sometime new things like surprise us but we'll get you refunded and taken care of.
