Ordered a scanner over the phone, had a lot of questions, which were answered by folks with an extended knowledge of scanners. I had them scan the card for my county. I slipped the card in the scanner and started scanning immediately. I appreciate the fantastic customer service, which is rare now days.

Nixon was great! I had NO idea how to buy this for my Dad after he said he wanted one. Nixon was very patient with a newbie like me and my Dad is really happy with his scanner. We called in a few times when we got it and Nixon helped us with a few things and made this kinda fun. Highly recommend this company.

Found the Website Very User friendly especially with a list of related / additional products that can go with your specific scanner such as cords, adaptors, cases, etc. (all marked with the price next to them) I ended up ordering everything over the phone because I had some questions and the gentleman was extremely helpful and understood that this hobby can get confusing and was in no rush to hang up. He answered all my questions. they also shipped my scanner out to me faster than expected all the while updating me on the status of my scanner (getting shipped today) they also programmed 2 counties for me which was a wonderful time saver on my end! thank you so much zip scanners. I highly recommend them!
