Although it's only been a short time with zip scanners it seems they are very willing to help solve any issue you may have even if your not tech savvy they try to explain it to you nice thing now days

I purchased my BCD436HP late in the day on 9-29-16. It was delivered Monday 10-3-16. Shipping time was the same as Amazon (Prime). The price was lower. No Shipping and no tax. Saved $30. The website was well designed and easy to get around. Chat function worked great. The learning center with videos was a bonus. I do not care for Amazon's website. If (when) I need a little customer support, I look forward to the call. (unlike Amazon) With a little luck, perhaps Nixon will pick up the phone! He seems to be everywhere. I will use ZipScanners again.

For a five star rating, when a customer spends money on your programming option, the price should include the scanner operating system updated and channels installed. Over all your company is very good. Thanks

Hi Terry Thanks for the comment. Regarding updates for your scanner, our warehouse ships out our scanners, so at the moment there isn't any way we could do the scanner updates for you. I had a police scanner I could not program! I elected to send it to Zip Scanners, where they programmed it for me, and sent it back to me in short order! I am extremely pleased with my now working scanner.
