Still have not received my order.
They said 2-3 business days and it has been over a week. I have not even received an email saying they are backed up because of the holiday season(or something else), I'm just in limbo waiting

Hi Thomas Your package tracking was emailed to you the same day we shipped it out Nov 28th, please check your Spam or Trash folder as it may have ended up there. As for your package, based on the tracking which I will email again today, is currently at the USPS in Pearl, NY. They may be experiencing the residual holiday backup. We are very sorry about the delay with USPS, we did everything we could of on our end and truly feel bad that USPS is slow to ship your package. -Nixon
