They were able to answer all my questions and recommend a scanner for me. Bonus for me, all I had to do was open box, put on base stand, plug in and turn on and enjoy. They did all the programming for my area, taking headache away from me!

I would really recommend this company.they had the scanners laid out nicely on website and had online chat to discuss what would be right for me and the prices are well in line for scanners.then i was told it would be one date for arrival and it was shipped and delivered two days ahead of date.very sastified customer here

I ordered a scanner antenna for my car and received the incorrect one. They were very fast in getting the correct one out to me. They even sent it to me and then let me send the incorrect one after I received the replacement. Most companies would require you to send back the incorrect one before they replace it with right product. I will definitely be using them for all my scanner needs.

After chatting with Nixon over at Zipscanners I pulled the trigger on a TRX-1, the only issue I had was with USPS being swamped for the holidays - but that is not their fault. Zipscanners was excellent! Affordable price, no tax, and helpful person to person contact - some other scanner retailers should take note if they want to remain competitive.
