I wanted a digital scanner and had researched online and found zipscanners and their monthly special. I called an talked to Nixon who was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Its nice to know even after my purchase they will be there to help with technical support.

So far, no issues, scanner works as advertised. I will need it reprogrammed when my County goes from 500MHz to 700MHz and will have it done by Nixon!

I just received my WS-1088 today. I opened it up and turned it on and I was receiving transmissions immediately!! They did a great job, everything for the county was programmed as well as what appears to be all the OSP frequencies. I highly recommend Zipscanners!!!
