I wasn't sure which scanner I wanted, called them and they helped me choose. Prices are competitive, and they shipped the same day. Very happy.

Placed an order on the 10th, received part of it on the 15th, still have not received the rest on the 17th. The race is coming up on the 5th. Hope it arrives in time to program.

Thanks Norm! Programming the BC75XLT took a few extra days. Sounds like everything arrived on time for the race - hope you enjoyed it.

After buying and using scanners for years, I compared prices and reviews of other dealers and decided I would give Zip Scanners a try. They are one of the few dealers that actually respond to reviews and seem to care about their customers and the reputation of their business. Ordered the scanner and 3 days later it was in my hands. I look forward to making more purchases through them.... GREAT JOB!

Great customer service in helping me choose the scanner for me. No pressure to buy. Gave me options I understood. Once I paid for the scanner it was shipped lighting fast. when I received the scanner it worked right out of the box with the pre programming I chose. I would and am going to recommend Zip Scanners to everyone. Great Scanner, Great Service, Great Big :) Thank You Again!! Chuck K. N.Y.

My Whistler TRX-1 was shipped promptly, have not used their technical assistance so far. So more later but reading reports they are very good on providing assistance to new owners.
