Overcharged by $500. Do not trust.
I would not trust zip again. The price they quoted me was way off from the total, by about $500. Absolute scam. The movers were fine but were slow and complained a lot about moving heavy objects, and kept asking if items were being taken, after being told everything was being moved, duh. They didn't pack several of my cabinets, which left me to take things after the fact. They were slow in the beginning and rushed the end, not putting things in the proper rooms. The move itself was perfectly mediocre, the price was exorbitant. It wasn't worth disputing the charge but I was totally ripped off. I'd go somewhere more trustworthy in the future.
