I would consider hiring them again but would need to focus on breakage and how we get it resolved.
Overall, I couldn't have done it without you. However there were several things that didn't work out very well. The crew showed up in my opinion at least an hour to 2 hours later than expected. When they got there they got straight to work and focused on important issues. However, one of the team decided to stack a set of boxes five high of the extremely fragile items pushed it out onto my driveway and then walked away from it. I saw it after it fell and clearly a new that it was on its side. The team sheepishly looked at the pile and started to pick it up and put it in the truck and I said hold on. There's a lot of broken things in there. The team immediately opened the boxes and found many items that were destroyed. Later in the process the team was moving a very heavy piece of furniture and ran it into the wall. The wall was clearly damaged and needed to be repaired. When we got to the destination it was already dark. Everybody was interested in getting it done as quickly as possible including me. However, it ended up being a free-for-all in just simply dumping things in the home in a very chaotic way. many things were put in the wrong rooms. Many of the items that were disassembled were not reassembled. I had to insist on several items being put together before they left because I would not have been able to do it without them. Again, the team was very kind and receptive to working with me. Overall they were good but the attention to detail especially when breakage occurred and follow up to determine how to resolve the breakage problem has not occurred yet. This is the reason I'm giving a low score on the experience.
