all went well. Received my hearing aids the next day and were fitted on the second day. The fitting went fast and my hearing is much better. I have no complaints so far.

My experience with Zip Hearing was great. I enjoyed speaking with Grant, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I saved a lot of money on the exact same hearing aids that I could have gotten at the doctor's office for $6100.00. I got the rechargeable Phonak and I am very happy with them. I am an actual customer and I recommend Zip Hearing highly.

So far I am very happy but I have only had them for a week. One minor problem but I expect to have it rectified this week. One other problem just came up. With the price of the hearing aids you get a year's supply of batteries but when we got the batteries, we only got enough for 9 months. I have sent an email to ZipHearing asking for an explanation. Will everyone informed.

I was a little nervous about doing this online for several reasons many I am sure you are familiar. After speaking with hearing aid specialist I was very comfortable and felt he was trustworthy. They were flexible due to my schedule issues. I am on call at the hospital and that can cause a problem but his all worked very well.I absolutely love the hearing aides. The service provided was suburb. I cried on the way home because I could actually hear the best that I have since purchasing my first hearing aid 5 years. The cost of hearing aides, as you well know are not covered by insurance so price was a concern because I spent 4000.00 5 years sgo for 1. I will absolutely use zip hearing again . The zip hearing person was very helpful and positive during this period. I sincerely thank him for keeping in touch and being attentive. I can't express how grateful I am sincere. J P
