I stumbled on Zip Hearing after trying another "cutting edge" hearing aid and being disappointed. My emails were always answered promptly by Jeff, which made me glad that I found the site. My emails elevated into phone calls - all of which were patiently answered by Jeff. I then decided to try the service and was referred to a local provider that honored the deep discount offered by Zip. Long story short, I am now on my 7th pair of hearing aids, having tried and returned the first 6, which just were not quite right. All the while Jeff put up with me. I am not an easy person to please and it takes service and knowledge above average to impress me. Jeff impressed me. I am so happy with my hearing aid (turns out I only needed one in my left ear) and so happy with the service provided by Jeff. I cannot stress enough what a great experience this whole process has been. It has been long and arduous, and Jeff never got irritated or upset, he just provided superior customer service. Would I recommend him to you? Absolutely, and without hesitation. If you are shopping for the right hearing aids, you are really missing out if you don't give Zip Hearing and Jeff a try.

Jeff and Zip Hearing folks are Great...fast, Friendly and helpful. as I had a pretty good idea as to what I wanted/needed they were able to guide me into the best device that would suit my needs. I had my devices with in 24 hours so it was awesome The devices are working well so far but know if there are any issues I will be well taken care of.
