I have had an outstanding and positive experience with Zip!!! Jeff is a great customer service rep and took the time to help me navigate the system to obtain hearing aids. Hearing aids are very expensive and Zip provides the means to purchase hearing aids at a lower cost than hearing aid offices. I highly recommend using Zip for great service and financial savings!

Grant Davidson of Zip Hearing could not have been more pleasant with which to deal. Very knowledgeable and cooperated fully with my every request. Most impressive, was Grant's subsequent call just to discover if I had any problems with the hearing devices selected. Just a great experience.

My experience with ZipHearing was positive all the way. I expected the price to be altered with fees or other surprises. It turned out the price I was quoted was what I paid. Grant was straightforward and knowledgeable. He did not try to talk me into something that I did not want. I had already decided on the brand I wanted and there was no issue with that. The audiologist I was referred to was experienced, knowledgeable, and straightforward. This is not the first time I bought something online. I was pleasantly surprised at every step of the process.

After finding out how much hearing aids could cost I found ZipHearing and they saved me thousands of dollars with excellent and courteous audiologist in my area. They are amazing!

ZipHearing is absolutely the only way to go if you need hearing aids! I love my new Phonak P70’s and they didn’t break my wallet. The service was fast, I called and they provided me with a local specialist to visit. Jeff was very nice and very considerate regarding my hearing loss and most helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend ZipHearing to everyone that wants fantastic service and hearing aids at unbeatable prices. Other than extended wait time to get in to see provider Great appointment experience. Provider knowledgeable, patient and willing to take time to answer questions. Quickly able to establish trust.
