Zip Hearing did all they said they would do at the best price available. Grant Davidson ,the Zip Hearing Rep. was excellent and very knowledgeable. The key to it all is having the right audiologist to do the testing and fitting. Zip Hearing was a pleasure to work with.

After searching the internet for less expensive ways to purchase my Phonak Audeo hearing aids, I finally found ZIPHearing and what an revelation. ZIPHearing quickly returned my phone call, verified the availability of my preferred hearing aid model and found a local audiologist to accept delivery and schedule a fitting. After 6 years, it was time for me to select new hearing aids. I preferred to stick with the same brand and general type. I chose to try an online vendor instead of my previous brick and mortar dispensary. I chose to deal with ZipHearing. It has been a good experience. Jeff was prompt in all his actions and provided a cost effective solution to my needs. It helped that I already knew which replacement hearing aid I wanted and was tech savvy about them and able to do my own maintenance. He recommended I use a certain audiologist in my area. That was a superior experience to my previous one. The audiologist even waived my fee hearing test and fitment fee because Jeff indicated to him that I would be a good "low to no hassle" customer. All round, I am quite satisfied and am looking forward to a continued relationship with Ziphearing, Jeff and my new audiologist / dispensary.
