Why do I have to have an Dr meeting when purchasing more refills?

So I have been using compounded semaglutide since June 2024. When I started I was 204 lbs and today I am 166 lbs. I am down 38 pounds and feel great. My goal is to reach the 150’s. My review on the medicine is if you are skeptical, do it. I was so skeptical but it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. The main thing that was stopping me was the legitimacy of these companies. I started off with MinuteMD and it they sent me a prescription with someone else’s name on it! They ended up sending me the correct prescription but it was expensive and billed monthly. After a few months I took 5 weeks off and decided I wanted to do a few more rounds. I found ZipHealth and it is AMAZING because there are NO MONTHLY PAYMENTS. They allow you to order the medicine as needed, so once you run out. My first vial lasted me 2 months and I just ordered a second vial which I think will help me reach my 150’s goal. Can’t say enough good things!

I was having a problem getting to the final step, adding my payment info. I used their text assistant to upload my photos but they couldn't get past the computer screen to proceed to payment. I tried their text assistant, their Artificial Intelligence customer support number and thought that they'd just take my credit card number but nooooo, they just kept asking me to jump through hoops. No real customer support. Finally I went to RedBox, another supplier and within minutes I placed an order and at a savings to boot!
