Non-existent Customer Support
I ordered medicine from ZipHealth and my package was lost in transit. I contacted the company and rather than expediting a replacement, they sent an e-mail to confirm my shipping address (which went to my Spam folder). I responded and then heard nothing back for a week. Out of medication and desperate, I contacted ZipHealth again to check on the status only to have them thank me for confirming my address (SIX days ago) and saying they would let me know when it was shipped! No offer to send overnight, no account credit, no apology for the extended wait time. Do not trust this company with your health!! They truly do not care.

This was my first time using Ziphealth…
This was my first time using Ziphealth ordering compounded semaglutide and the process was pretty easy but then order was delayed because I got an action needed request and sent them bloodwork with first order. Then everything was expedited and got my order pretty quick. Tried to order next step up and again I got action needed for blood work! Do I have to send another blood work every time I order this prescription?? Hope not!
