Easy process. No embarrassing conversation

Order process is super easy. Rapid shipping. Excellent customer service: shipper must have ran over my order a couple of times before it was delivered, submitted a claim (during the holidays) and received an answer almost immediately. Nicely done!

after placing my first order and they charged my bank account ,but then sent me a message saying they do not trust my identity although i sent my picture then i took a weird selfie like they instructed on their website but yet i guess because of my first name they doubted that could not be me,like i am doing fraud ordering finasteride fro someone else,LOL , what a waste of time and money

Fast shipping, incredibly fast communications, good prices and, most importantly, the product works! As for communications, I've received responses to my questions literally within a few minutes. The only problems were that re-ordering was a bit confusing and a couple links on the website led to a blank page or an error message but I finally figured out how to re-order so that's no longer an issue.
