I didn't receive my order and even though USPS tracking said it had been delivered, it was not in my mailbox. I waited a few more days to no avail and then contacted customer service who were very friendly and told me no problem they would ship another order out to me which they did promptly. To me customer service is everything and zip health has top notch customer service.
