Had a video call that never came on…
Had a video call that never came on January 11th. Now a rescheduled video call for the 24th. Why the delay?

We take patient feedback very seriously here at ZipHealth and we are always working to improve our services and better support our customers. In certain states, it is required by law to conduct a video consultation with the patient before prescribing medications. If there is a connectivity issue affecting the video and/or audio, the video visit cannot be completed, and the patient is advised to reschedule. We have reached out via email, providing instructions on our waiting room option, allowing the patient to promptly complete the video consultation without the need for a rescheduled appointment.
