First time I ordered was great. When I tried to reorder, I had to schedule another consultation even though nothing had changed, and the next available appointment was more than a week out. I was able to use the waiting room feature and expedite the order.

We take patient feedback very seriously here at ZipHealth and we are always working to improve our services and better support our customers. In cases where the same medication and dosage strength are being requested, a singular video consultation is deemed sufficient within a 90-day interval. Once this 90-day timeframe elapses, the video consultation must be repeated to facilitate the prescription's renewal process. This means that once you have completed the video consultation, you won't need to do it again for the next 90 days. We offer the option to book an appointment in advance as well as the option to join the waiting room to complete your video consultation right away. I knew what I needed I found it on ur Web site clicked it ordered it and every since I've gotten my package on time or before DOD. My package has never been damaged or lost. It's quick and easy. To some people that means a lot especially to me.
