We apologize that the medication is not working as expected. Sometimes different manufacturers may be more effective, depending on how the medication is absorbed in your body. When medications are ineffective, we provide replacement orders from alternative manufacturers. Regrettably, in adherence to company policy, there's a limit on the number of replacements we can send.
