We take patient feedback very seriously here at ZipHealth and we are always working to improve our services and better support our customers. Telemedicine regulations necessitate that healthcare providers, whether they be physicians or nurses, adhere to state-specific guidelines stipulated by the State Board of Medicine. These guidelines mandate that a video consultation with the patient is a mandatory prerequisite for the issuance of prescriptions within the given state.  Please note we are unable to ship orders until the video consultation is completed. In cases where the same medication and dosage strength are being requested, a singular video consultation is deemed sufficient within a 90-day interval. Once this 90-day timeframe elapses, the video consultation must be repeated to facilitate the prescription's renewal process. This means that once you have completed the video consultation, you won't need to do it again for the next 90 days. For further information, please contact our customer care team at (888)-634-1354.
