We take patient feedback very seriously here at ZipHealth and we are always working to improve our services and better support our customers. After reviewing your account, we have yet to be able to successfully process your orders because the photos that were uploaded unfortunately do not reach our requirements to be able to verify your identity. Because we are a telehealth provider, it is required by the law that we verify your identity just as one would at an in-person facility. We have reached out to you requesting those documentation again and hopefully we can work together to update your account and get you your treatment! Once the package is handed over to the carrier, your shipping payment ensures that FedEx assumes responsibility and commits to delivering your package to you.
