I work in the mortgage industry. Last few refinances that i've done zillow has been dead on as far as giving us an idea of how much the home will At Least be worth.

The app works great besides for some reason i always get stuck in my saved search area but i manage to get it to work. Still the best home buying provider

Zillow gives me alot of tools in marketing my property. I can post alot of pics, and even walk through videos as well. However, beware that zillow sells your information to thousands of realtors in your city, and your phone blows up all day (around 25 numbers calling you each day). I had to put my phone on "do not disturb mode" that is set to send numbers not saved in my cotacts to voicemail automatically. I even wrote in the description to not call, but rather text first so I know you're not a bot. This didn't help. I still recieved dozens of calls a day with voicemails from realtors making desperate claims just to get the listing.

I listed a property on Zillow's website that also migrated to Trulia, Realtor.com, etc. After it was up and running, I noticed that potential buyers were being deliberately pointed to "premier agents" that have no access or knowledge of the property. Turns out, Zillow charges a fee to "premier agents" for preferential placement on all listings. The "premier agent is willing to pay a fee in hopes of acquiring a potential client and a lucrative commission. The actual listing agent may never receive a customer's call. How deceptive is that?!?! Zillow - I am REALLY disappointed at your SLEEZY tactics and hope the word gets out. Shame on you!

I have discovered their service and response excellent. Other may had some issue but with my case these were fast helpful enough.

Zillow is the best real estate app. of all. The info offered about each listing out does every other company by leaps & bounds! When I find a home listed for sell, I type the address into My Zillow app & find out all the details about the property & what it is actually worth. Love, Love, Love my Zillow App!!!
