ZillowReviews of zillow.com

Special Thanks to Scarlett Brekel. We submitted an application this morning and had our keys by the afternoon. She is a great agent to work with and she was instrumental in getting our deal completed in such a timely manner.

Good Performance Your Service . I like It.

Leads are scammers who just waste my time. Zillow posted a negative review from a past client who wrote false claims. Zillow published it with no questions asked. I am a licensee and the client has recourse through our realtors association and real estate commission, but the client did not go through them because they require the complainant to provide evidence. Zestimates of properties are inaccurate and unreliable. Zillow is a bad organization.

Zillow Blocks REAL REVIEWS My realtor asked me to post a review of them on zillow I wrote 2 paragraphs that expressed our gratitude for the help he gave us when we bought our home. Our agent does not subscribe to zillow paid leads (premiere agent). The recommendation I wrote was rejected by zillow with no specific reason given I took a look at a number of other reviews (consumers) had posted and didn't see their content to be even as good or specific as the review I wrote but these reviews were on agents who were premiere agents (they pay zillow) so it certainly looks to me like the reviews on the agents aren't to be trusted as zillow blocks real reviews for agents that aren't paying for advertising on that site. I DON'T trust Zillow for anything and don't think other home sellers or buyers should either.

The biggest mistake I have ever made as a RE/MAX Real Estate Broker for over 20 years is to get involved with Zillow Group. They, over promise the verified leads you will receive and inflate the conversion rate, just to get you locked into a 6 month contract. At the end of your commitment and $42,000 later, they will keep charging your credit card, I was hit for $7,000. You can try to stop them, but the only way in the end is to cancel your credit card. I want to warn every Real Estate Broker out there. DO NOT GIVE ZILLOW YOUR CREDIT CARD as payment.

Scammer trying to rent 2136 Sandridge Circle in Eustis, FL. Address doesn’t exist. He claims he has lock box because his wife has cancer. He asks you to go on Rently.com an crest an account with the password Rental1. He now logs in an gets your credit card info because there is a .99 fee. Zillow should verify addresses am imdoviduals before allowing this to happen.

Zillow's review process of agents is a fraud. Tried twice to do a review of my experience with an agent and the discriminatory she exhibited. But when I tried to do that Zillow blocked that. They either only want positive/semi-positive reviews or they didn't want to have a hot topic like discrimination on their sight.

ZILLOW'S HUGE mistake 8/10/18.... The new program rolled out this month in Florida. Our spending budget of about $1500-$2000 @ month has brought in about 18-25+ leads. Now the same spend equates to an "estimated" 5.1 direct contacts (lead on the phone). This means substantially less leads to put into our CRM and much less leads to share with Agents on our team. Even though quality of leads before this change were somewhat hit or miss, it worked well enough for me to spend $$$ for years with Zillow, as we found that in addition to the ones who are ready to buy, our system of cultivating the leads over time turned many into buyers... I used the purchasing tool and found that increasing a monthly spend to $2000 a month will bring in about 6.7 "estimated contacts. This equates to an average cost per lead/contact to be $298.00 PER CONTACT. I would rather have an higher number of leads that we can cultivate opposed to a few at roughly $300 each. It doesn't make sense financially to continue to use this venue. We will continue for a month to see the results but, I am suspect. Our National Brokerage has this same type of "screener turn-over program"; The results have been minimal, that's why I invested in ZILLOW and TRULIA many years ago. There have been some cringe worthy changes with ZILLOW over the years but, this one will most likely be the nail in the coffin with regard to us continuing with them. And just to add to the math, if I were to up my spend to $5000 a month, their estimator anticipates me to receive only 14 leads.
