As a FORMER Premier Agent, I can say to other Realtors thinking about it: DON'T. It was a huge money waster. The "consultant" assigned to me was extremely unprofessional, and they charged me for an additional month's service after my contract stating that auto-renewal was in the contract--a fact no one bothered to mention before. They're the worst.

Zillow is great in a lot of ways. However, they use Chekr for their application system. I can't believe a good company like zillow would use such an inaccurate and low rated trash company like Chekr. Because of this, I can't respect Zillow anymore.

It is good they have most house on the market and the customization is ok I wish it was better it is not that it is bad it is just you say I wasn't 2 bd but 2,000 sq Ft. it kind of glitches and can not find anything even though there is some so I had to take a star from that. Second it can not do any other country like if i want a house in England it will no let me if i make the prices high or low the only country is America and Canada which there is not a lot of people trying to go to a different country right now but if you are do not use Zillow so that is why i had to take a star

Zillow is a rip off for landlords. You pay $9.99 per week to advertise and you only get spam and bots. Waist of money

They suck testicle. Dumb female dump site! They are fecal matter wrapped in skin! Get my meaning. I can't believe them because no one ever responds.

When using trying to search for properties on Zillow for purchase (not rent), I wanted to filter the property type only to townhouses and single-family homes. It constantly provides me with condos and apartments in search results. I contacted them twice about this for help on better filtering with no response either time. I just don't use them anymore, and will not put my properties on Zillow for this reason.

I advertised my condo for rent on Zillow rental manager and found it easy to use. All correspondence with potential renters went through their App. The only major problem with them is with their payment system where the renter pays the landlord. They say it takes 3-5 Business days to get the payment but it always takes 7-9 days to get my payment. They say Banks don’t work on Sat or Sundays. This is the 21st Century people and computers do not sleep on the weekends. Use PayPal, it is 110% easier to use and you get your money within 24 hours. Take a clue from PayPal Zillow and you will get 5 stars from me.
